1. Identify their pain.
Successful communication with a customer starts with understanding. By identifying their needs, you are more likely to develop an appropriate solution. Moreover, by showing them empathetically that you understand their pain, they will also see that you care and will be more willing to work with you.
2. Speak their language.
Nelson Mandela once said If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart. We live in a global world. Hiring employees who are bilingual is helpful and necessary.
3. Communicate constantly.
You have to be constantly communicating with your clients and motivating them. Reaching out every now and then will be a disaster. If possible do weekly touch bases.
4. Entertain them.
Today, people are constantly bombarded with information. It's hard to keep their attention when so many things are distracting them. We believe in making people smile. People always remember how you made them feel. We send funny videos, inspiring quotes and amusing feel good stories regularly.
